Tŷ Mesen is a regulated children’s home in North Wales and is registered under Harbour Children’s Services Ltd.
We can accommodate up to 4 children, aged between 8-18 years of age.
It is a detached house and it has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, games room, quiet/prayer room, family and friend’s room, TV lounge and enclosed patio and garden area.
At Tŷ Mesen, we consider children with a range of needs and we will make our assessment based on matching the child’s needs and the needs of children already placed. We aim to get the best possible outcomes for all children; therefore the matching process is paramount when considering care needs to ensure we can meet them to a consistently high standard.
We provide a therapeutic approach in a caring and nurturing environment. We outsource therapeutic support from other services and offer packages of care, tailored to each individual child.
We understand the importance of building relationships and developing trust with the children in order that they feel safe and secure in their home environment. We provide each child with opportunities, resources and support in order to facilitate lasting change.
